n448fq and n451fq are currently above Oregon at 120k ft with effectively zero separation for what it's worth.
I have not seen weather balloons with N-numbers before, but this is how they appear on ADSBexchange.com
correction to my above comment:
n448fq is actually being displayed as a drone, while n451fq is a balloon but neither moves at more than single-digit speeds. They have gained a good deal of separation as well.
For what it’s worth n448fq 449, 450, & 451 are all 4(?) cruising at approx 43k at 64-67knt just north of the Ochoco Mts of Oregon.just north of Mitchell, OR at 0817pst 3dec21. Not sure what these things are so I’m gonna go find out.
